TONS of Changes: Checklists, Showrooms, Programs and MORE!

Hey guys this is Ben here again getting you an update video on what’s happening over here. This one is a bit different. I’m usually showing you the cabinets we have in, but this time, I’m mostly going to be showing you the changes going on over here at the shop.

First of all, keep in mind that this week was free delivery week, so if you buy something today yet, you’ll get it delivered free.

So if you’ve been to the shop here before you’ll really notice some changes. Where there used to be buildings, there is now a road and a fence up. There hasn’t been as many sets in this week due to all the changes going on over here, so sorry about that.

Even bigger news is that we’re moving! The building we’re moving into is right next to us, and in these next few weeks, we’ll be moving in. It’s going to be set up more like a showroom with our old shop as the workplace. We’re going to have a ton of new features in this new place that I think you’ll be pretty excited about.

We’ve also been changing the way we keep things organized in the shop with these new checklists. We’ve had a few problems in the past with things getting misplaced, and I just wanted to let you guys know that we are working very hard on improving our system to make things run smoother. I think now with us having a showroom, keeping things organized will be the biggest thing.

I want to finish up by talking about our new Committed Recycler Program that we’re starting today, I believe. This has been in the works for a while, and I’ll just give you an overview on what is all involved.

We’ve had so many people that want to put a hold on a set, that are interested but not quite ready to commit. The problem is, we have 1300 other people on the email list that could be interested in the same thing, and we can’t hold for that many people. So that’s what we’re trying to provide for. You’d pay a monthly fee to get into the program, and then when we get a new set in, it would be available ONLY to people in this program for the first 48 hours, and if none of them buy it, then it goes to everyone else like normal. Also within that 48 hours, they can put something on hold for 6 hours. That’s not a very long time, but hopefully enough time for you to work out everything on your end. This program doesn’t get rid of the competition, but it greatly reduces the amount of people you’re competing with. This then is a great opportunity, especially for those who are actively searching for a kitchen.

We’re going to be adding a bunch of other benefits to this as well. One that I’m super excited about is working with other local businesses. So, what we’ll be doing is having a business tell a bit about themselves, and we’ll have a page on our website dedicated to these businesses. In exchange, members of our Committed Recyclers Program will get a discount at these businesses. So, what you’ll do is you’ll receive a physical card in the mail, and then when you go to these local businesses, you can show your card and receive a discount.
