The most exciting part about this set is definitely the amazing island. The island has two big drawer bases, which are full-extension. Deb, our home-visitor, said that the drawers were not soft-close, but we tried them out in the shop and some were, so you may need to come and test them out yourself to see which is correct. Another thing that makes this set really cool is the waterfall countertop that completely encases the island and the stone on the backside of it. We were actually able to uninstall all of that and keep it intact, so that entire island, and cooktop can be put right into your own space. It’s a really cool piece and definitely the thing with the most value in this set. The perimeter cabinets are older cabinets that were refaced, with the original cherry finish covered in white now. The sizes down below might need to be taken with a grain of salt as well, since some are still connected by that refacing. The set also has oversized nickel appliance pulls, a microwave oven, which is a bit older but could work until you can upgrade maybe, but overall a great looking set with plenty of features, especially the sweet island.

If the countertops are in very large pieces, we will most likely make a cut in the countertop so it is a manageable size to move and isn’t a safety hazard for our team or you.
- 6. Please note we are not able to test appliances, although we generally don’t accept them if the owner says they are not working. Please contact us if an appliance you purchased doesn’t work.
- 7. Our cabinet sets are used products that will likely require some minor repairs in order for them to be ready to be used in your home.
