Here’s a nice sized kitchen with 24 cabinets, many of which are fairly good-sized. It’s a lot of linear feet of cherry-stained, beautiful cabinets, and we’re a big fan of the cherry because of its look and it’s a wood on the higher end of the price spectrum. They’re raised panel cabinets, with a nice big island with bar seating area, but the countertops are granite tile which we’ve gotten off before but typically do not, so don’t count on getting the countertops. There are appliances if you want them as well – a black double oven and an enormous Jenn-Air gas cooktop with downdraft built-in. There are some signs of wear on the bigger cabinets, as well as some discoloration on one side of the island and some other cabinets exposed to sunlight. However, the fact remains that it’s a ton of material for a really good deal.

Defects

- Missing one knob and one knob doesn’t match (see photos)
- There is some corrosion on the cooktop grill (see photo)

- 5. The price for the kitchen sets are almost based exclusively on the cabinets and appliances (if included). We cannot guarantee the countertops. If the countertops are in very large pieces, we will most likely make a cut in the countertop so it is a manageable size to move and isn’t a safety hazard for our team or you.
- 6. Please note we are not able to test appliances, although we generally don’t accept them if the owner says they are not working. Please contact us if an appliance you purchased doesn’t work.
- 7. Our cabinet sets are used products that will likely require some minor repairs in order for them to be ready to be used in your home.
- 8. If you purchase a set, you acknowledge you have read the full product description, listened to the audio included with the set information, and understand fully what you are getting.
