  • What if there are complications with the sale or issues arise?

For Partners: Ben’s team will handle and resolve any issues that arise.

For Private Vendors: Ben’s team will pass along the issue so you can connect with the homeowner. Private vendors should expect repairs as cabinets will be sold as is. If a buyer has problems or questions for you, we will provide your contact info so they can get in touch directly.

  • What if a cabinet gets returned? Will I get my payment back?

All cabinets are purchased as is. With the nature of secondhand cabinetry, once a kitchen is purchased it can not be returned. For more details see our updated Return Policy.
