Our cabinets tend to sell out within hours. Sign up for immediate notifications to stay updated on every new kitchen that becomes available on our website!
We sell used products that are sold As Is and are not refundable. We do our utmost to be completely transparent with you about the condition of each set so you can purchase with the confidence that you know what you’re getting.
We do our best to let you know about repairs needed for your cabinets in the videos linked in the website product listing (scroll down under the photos), but please expect some other missed repairs. These are used products, and buyers will generally need to put a little work into them before the cabinets are ready to become their dream kitchen.
Cabinet measurements provided by Ben’s team are acquired to the best of our knowledge, but please understand there may be some inaccuracies here and there.
Our photos and videos of each warehouse staged kitchen clearly show and explain what’s included in the price of the set, but most sets also come with a number of free bonus items. These may include end panels, crown molding, trim pieces, toe kick, countertop pieces, sinks, and faucets. The buyer is welcome to either take these items or leave them with us, but Ben’s can not be liable for damages to these pieces.
Please note that used appliances available with a kitchen often come with the set for free. The buyer can choose to take these appliances or leave them with us.
We will store your set for free for 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) following your purchase. If you need to keep it with us longer, please understand that you will be charged a daily storage fee. We do this to encourage items to keep moving out of our precious space. Please see the cost breakdown for this below.
Small set (1–19 pieces) = $20/business day storage fee after the first 3 days
Large set (20–49 pieces) = $50/business day storage fee after the first 3 days
Massive set (50+ pieces) = $80/business day storage fee after the first 3 days
Note that the above daily storage fee is not intended to be a long-term solution. If you aren’t able to receive your cabinets soon after purchase, please contact us to coordinate a plan to transport your kitchen to a local storage facility.
If a buyer refuses to respond to Ben’s for over 3 business days after purchasing their kitchen, Ben’s will be forced to give the buyer an 80% refund and start working on reselling the kitchen. As stated above, we just don’t have the space to hold kitchens indefinitely.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We often don’t even make any money on these transactions, since we try to keep shipping costs down as much as possible for our customers. We can ship your cabinets anywhere in the contiguous US, but you will have to unload the kitchen on your end, so please plan accordingly.
Be aware that you must pay the shipping charges before we can release your kitchen from our warehouse.
