My name is Lisa O’Dwyer and I’m a realtor with RE/MAX Alliance in Fort Collins. I’m also a member of the National Association of Realtors that has the Green Designation, as well as a senior real estate specialist. I lived in Ireland for 10 years, and my husband, who currently teaches at Fossil Ridge HS, is from there as well.
I help buyers and sellers with real estate in Northern Colorado, and since I have the green designation from the National Association of Realtors, I really like to help green-minded people to buy and sell real estate. I feel that some realtors don’t see the value in recycling, or maybe don’t know the value of solar panels, so they’re not able to help clients who have that kind of mindset.
I am also a professional photographer; I’ve been a professional wedding photographer since 2006. So, I use those skills to help market my client’s listings. I also like to help advise my clients in respect to retrofitting their houses, to help them save on their bills, get better air quality in their houses, and help to save the environment.
I would like to give Ben’s Committed Recyclers Program a free nest thermostat, something that really helps save with your electricity bills. It helps learn your heating and cooling preferences in your home, and that’s worth $250. I would also like to give them a free basic home warranty that has a value of $280.
I have already recommended Ben to some clients because I feel the business and the discount kitchen cabinets have great value for clients, especially those clients who like to invest in rentals, or if you just want the best quality for the lowest price.
