This set will be uninstalled in the first half of January. An appointment can be made to see the set in-home while still installed.

This is a set that we are very excited about, since it’s a beautiful showroom kitchen that has just about everything customers are looking for nowadays. Typically when we have showroom sets, they’re a little harder to sell because their design is not super conducive to the layout of an actual kitchen, but this one was modeled after a layout many people use, so it should fit great for a lot of people. This set really has a lot of upgrades, and it’s a really cool package.

Starting off, we have the rustic cherry cabinets in a honey stain, with a coffee glaze on the perimeter of the kitchen. That’s quite a mouthful, but it means a very, very beautiful finish on these cabinets. The countertops are a beautiful 3cm seafoam green, and have ogee edges, a high-end design that’s relatively rare and really beautiful to see. Everything salvageable there will be included. There’s also a contrasting antiqued espresso island, with what looks to be an engineered stone countertop. On the front end of the island, in the deeper end of the kitchen, there’s a lower cabinets with a separate granite top, useful for preparing food, and on the other end is an awesome little round table seating area with a thick butcher block wood top. It’s a little difficult to see in the photos, but the videos below show it pretty well. All of that means a lot of space available for preparing food and eating it, too.

There’s just about every kitchen upgrade you can think of here, and plenty you haven’t thought of too! Some bases have rollout trays, the drawers are dovetailed, with full-extension, soft-close glides, and all of the doors are soft-close too. Two of the coolest features in this set are the pneumatic glass fronted lift-up door that pops up with just a push, and the similar trash-can pullout that also comes right out with a nudge. There’s a bump-out sink base, a spice rack pullout, plenty of nice, big drawers, super-susans in both the lower and upper cabinets with individually rotating carousels, and an appliance garage in the corner. Other features include the contrasting island’s grain bins with glass panels, the stand-up auto-lifting mixer tray, more drawers in the island bases, a drawer with and ironing board (something we’ve never seen before, but definitely useful), and the included bar stools for seating at the butcher block topped table.

Everything certainly ads up to quite the package, and one of the nicest sets we’ve ever had. It’ll work pretty well for an actual kitchen, not just for a showroom set, and there are almost no defects to speak of at all. Also, showroom sets are also typically very easy to uninstall since companies plan on removing them every so often anyway, so we should be able to get it out quickly and easily. (Please note that Ben misspoke in audio, price is $7500 not $6500, thanks :))
